摘要

Abstract

In the 5G network, the communication service type, the network connection number, the network quality demand will increase greatly. The research on the effective guarantee of the 5G network quality and the access capability is an important issue. The evaluation method of customer perception for 5G network is thoroughly analyzed and the aspects to be improved for the existing customer perception analysis methods were pointed out. Then, the idea that combines service demand, customer’s real experience and the 5G network trafifc analysis was put forward. A quantitative customer perception evaluation method named CBMOQ was built whose effectiveness was veriifed.
