Abstract
The synthesis process of end epoxy silicone oil was as fol ows: the mass ratio of D4 and epoxy was 12.79∶1, then 0.08% tetramethyl ammonium hydroxide was added, vacuumed at 70 ℃ for 20 min, the temperature was raised to 110 ℃ for 4 h, heating to 140 ℃ for 1 h, and final y cooling to 40 ℃, the end epoxy silicone oil with relative molecular weight of 5 000 was prepared, which was modified by hydrophilic modifica⁃tion ED900. The hand feeling of finished cotton fabrics was 4~5 level, stiffness was 1.45 cm, the static fric⁃tion coefficient was 0.311, the strength increased to 320 N, the whiteness decreased slightly, the hydrophilic reached 8 s, and the wrinkle recovery angle increased by about 20°.关键词
