棉针织物低温煮漂一浴处理液的配制
Preparation of one bath scouring/bleaching additive for cotton knitted fabrics
摘要
Abstract
One bath scouring/bleaching additives for cotton knitted fabric in a relatively low temperature was made out. The dosage of sodium carbonate, sodium hydroxide, sodium phytic acid, sodium dodecyl ben⁃zene sulfonate, bleach activator sodium 4- (2- decyloxyethoxycarbonyloxy) benzene sulfonate (DECOBS) on scouring/bleaching effect of cotton knitted fabrics were discussed. The whiteness and capil ary effect of cot⁃ton knitted fabrics was tested. The results showed that the optimum formula of compound additives was sodi⁃um hydroxide 6 g/L, sodium phytate 1 g/L, DECOBS 3 g/L, sodium percarbonate 10 g/L, sodium dodecyl ben⁃zene sulfonate 4 g/L.关键词
