Abstract
The natural dye was extracted from leaves of prunus cistena, and the heat resistance, pH sta⁃bility and dyeing performance on silk fabric of the extract were studied. The optimum process of direct dyeing was determined by single factor optimization and orthogonal experiment. The effects of different dyeing meth⁃od and mordant on dyeing effect were analyzed. The color index and fastness of the dyed fabric were tested. The results showed that the prunus cistena had good thermal stability and the extract had stable color under acid to weak acid conditions. The dye of prunus cistena could be directly dyed fabric, and the mordant dyeing improved the dyeing depth and fastness. The color depth of tussah silk stained with aluminum salt was the highest. The direct dyeing conditions were shown as fol ows: dyeing concentration 0.8A, dyeing temperature 60 ℃, dyeing time 60 min, pH=4, bath ratio 1∶30. The optimum conditions for the dyeing aluminum salt were as fol ows:mordant dosage 6%(omf), dyeing time 60 min, dyeing temperature 45℃, pH=5, bath ratio 1∶40.关键词
