Abstract
In order to explore the influence of coating finishing on the performance of automobile interior textile, several kinds of polyacrylate coating adhesive were used to coating finish the woven fabric used in au⁃tomotive interior. Based on a large number of experiments, the effects of various coating resins, glue amount and drying temperature on the material performance were analyzed. The coating resin with better coating ef⁃fect was selected, and the optimal coating finishing process was obtained. The results showed that when the glue amount of FR- DTN was 30 g/m2, drying temperature was 170 ℃, drying time was 1 min, the perfor⁃mance of obtained material could meet the standard requirements for general automotive interior fabrics.关键词
