阳离子聚乙烯醇固色剂的制备及应用
Preparation and application of cationic polyvinyl alcohol fixing agent
摘要
Abstract
The active intermediate 2,3- epoxypropyl triethyl ammonium chloride (GTA) was prepared from epichlorohydrin and triethylamine. The optimal synthetic conditions were determined by single factor experi⁃ments. The quaternary ammonium salt type cationic poly(vinyl alcohol) was synthesized by cationic modifica⁃tion of polyvinyl alcohol (PVA) by GTA. The effects of material ratio, temperature and time on the degree of es⁃terification of the product were discussed respectively. The product was used as a fixing agent in fabric dye⁃ing and finishing, and the significant effect of fixing color would be obtained under the fol owing conditions:bath ratio 1∶30, fixing agent 2%(omf), pH=6, dealt under 60℃for 0.5 h, 80℃drying.关键词
