摘要
Abstract
The nature pigment anthocyanins was extracted from the grape peel, which were raw materi⁃als obtained from discarded grapes with 90% ethanol solution. And the pH of solution was adjusted by citric acid. The absorbance of the extract was analyzed by orthogonal test, so as to obtain the best pigment extrac⁃tion process: temperature 80 ℃, time 110 min, pH=2, solid to liquid ratio 1∶6. Potassium aluminum sulphate was used as mordant for dyeing cotton fabric. The K/S value of the dyed silk was tested and analyzed, and it showed that the best dyeing method was post- mordant. The optimum dyeing processes were as fol ows:dye⁃ing time 60 min, pH=4, liquor ratio 1∶70, dyeing temperature 60℃.关键词
