活化剂DECOBS对棉织物的低温漂白
Low temperature bleaching of cotton fabrics with activator DECOBS
摘要
Abstract
The feasibility of low temperature bleaching process of cotton fabric was studied by using 4- (2- decyloxyethoxycarbonyloxy) benzenesulfonate (DECOBS) as a hydrogen peroxide bleaching activator for cotton fabrics. The effects such as dosage of hydrogen peroxide, DECOBS and stabilizers, bleaching tempera⁃ture and time on whiteness of cotton fabrics were studied, and bursting strength, dyeing performance, K/S val⁃ue of bleached fabric were tested. The results showed that DECOBS/hydrogen peroxide activation system of low temperature bleaching process could get close bleaching effect to the conventional process, and the fab⁃ric damage was smal and the bursting strength was high. Meanwhile, the dyeing percentage and K/S value were close to unbleached cotton fabrics. The optimum bleaching process was DECOBS 6 g/L, hydrogen perox⁃ide 10 g/L, phytic acid sodium 4 g/L, bleaching at 60℃for 60 min.关键词
