Abstract
The dyeing process of reactive dyed cotton fabric had the problems of high energy consump⁃tion, serious chroma pol ution and poor rubbing fastness of deep color fabric. In order to solve these prob⁃lems, the self- made metal- protein complexes combined with hydrogen peroxide system were used to re⁃move the unfixed dyes on reactive dyed cotton fabrics. The process of reactive blue B133 and reactive red 3BSN dyed cotton fabrics was optimized by single factor experiment, and the effect of the new technology of removing unfixed dyes on cotton fabric was evaluated. The results showed that the new technology had good effect on removing unfixed dyes of cotton fabrics dyed with different kinds of reactive dyes. The color fast⁃ness of cotton fabric after new technology of removing unfixed dyes under 50~70 ℃ was good. Compared with traditional soaping process, the wet rubbing fastness of cotton fabric after removing unfixed dyes by new technology could be improved by 0.5 grade, the shade was similar, and the staining of cotton by fal ing dyes and chroma pol ution of residual color could be reduced.关键词
