Abstract
Natural dye could be extracted from pomegranate peel. Through orthogonal experiment, the best extraction process was obtained: extraction temperature 60 ℃, solid- liquid ratio 1∶25, extraction time 25 min, pH=8. The silk was pretreated with aluminum salt as mordant. The optimum dyeing process was pH=5, bath ratio 1∶50, temperature 80 ℃, time 70 min. When the pomegranate peel dye was used for silk dyeing, it had good performance on soaping and rubbing fastness. Besides, it also had a certain inhibitory effect on Esch⁃erichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus. The concentration of polyphenols on silk was about 8.61 mg/g.关键词
