Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of the application of the dorsal broad muscle lfap in the repair of large area composite tissue defects of upper limb.Methods The unit since March 2006, using pedicled latissimus dorsi myocutaneous lfap to repair the skin of upper limb muscle defect in 16 cases, and the reconstruction of the biceps and triceps function; the lfap area is 9cm×24cm-12cm×36cm.Results All lfaps survived, 4 cases recovered to M4,8, and then recovered to M3 in all the patients. The follow-up was from 2 to 6 years. The lfaps were well trained and the function was reconstructed.Conclusion Application of latissimus dorsi myocutaneous lfap to repair the large area of upper extremity skin, muscle defect, shape a better recovery of elbow lfexion, and reduce the operation time and reduce the incidence of complications, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce the cost of treatment, is to repair the upper limb large area composite tissue defects of the preferred method.关键词
