Abstract
Objective To study the upper arm inside of the hose pedicle transplantation repair of nasal defect in burn plastic surgery clinic orthopedic treatment and effects.Methods This study involved 2012-2015 in the undergraduate course room for treatment of burn patients with nasal defect (70 cases), execute the medial upper arm hose pedicle transplantation prosthesis treatment, contrast observation of patients of postoperative nasal injury recovery, and the quality of life, and with the hose pedicle transplantation prosthesis treatment of patients with statistical comparison.ResultsThe upper arm medial hose pedicle transplantation repair of nasal defect patients recovered well postoperatively, basic normal nasal function, compared with patients without such treatment in nasal function and quality of life has a statistically signiifcant, P<0.05).Conclusion The medial upper arm hose pedicle transplantation prosthesis application is not restricted, patients recovered well postoperatively, can achieve the purpose of cosmetic surgery.关键词
