Abstract
Objective Adopting the method of onlay graft for alveolar cleft graft treatment, postoperative patients with osteogenesis bad were replantated with bone ,then evaluated the curative effect.MethodsIn oral and maxillofacial surgery in our hospital surgical treatment of alveolar cleft graft 10 patients with bone defect after alveolar cleft graft were selected as the research object, and the method of onlay bone graft was adopted for the patients with secondary bone graft, then evaluated the effect of secondary bone graft at 1 month after operation and six months after operation.Results This group of patients by the onlay bone graft surgery incision were primary healing. By comparing the preoperative and postoperative CBCT results, could be found that the fracture zone osteogenesis could improve the height and thickness of the ossiifcation, through statistical analysis of the statistical differences (P<0.05). After half a year and postoperative 1 month osteogenesis effect was no statistical difference (P>0.05).Conclusion Onlay bone graft method applied in the treatment of alveolar cleft graft surgery osteogenesis, its curative effect was accurate.关键词
