Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical effect of scutellaria ointment in the treatment of hypertrophic scar with latent carbon dioxide (CO2) laser.Methods 30 patients with hypertrophic scar treated by carbon dioxide (CO2) laser were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group and the control group. 15 cases in the treatment group and 15 cases in the control group. The treatment group was treated with scutellaria ointment and the control group was treated with chlortetracycline ointment. According to the diagnostic criteria of hypertrophic scars, the pain index, the final wound healing time and the Vancouver Score Scale were observed to evaluate the curative effect.Results The pain index, ifnal wound healing time and Vancouver scar scale score of the treatment group were signiifcantly better than those of the control group, and the treatment group was signiifcantly reduced after treatment. There was signiifcant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion Scutellaria ointment can be used in the treatment of hypertrophic scars with latent carbon dioxide (CO2) laser. It can not only relieve pain, promote healing and reduce pigmentation, but also has a signiifcant clinical effect.关键词
