Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical feasibility and effectiveness of Xiaoyao Powder Combined with dot matrix laser in the treatment of acne.MethodsA total of 98 patients with acne were selected from our hospital during the period of 2015.7 to 2016.5. The patients were divided into two groups: the medication group and the treatment group. Each group had a total of 49 patients. The medicine group use traditional Chinese medicine decoction of Xiaoyao Powder, treatment group of laser treatment in drug group based on the evaluation of the two groups of patients before and after treatment in patients with diseases, detection of tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α) and interleukin -8 (IL-8) and TLR2 in the peripheral blood expression rate, lfuorescence intensity.Results After treatment, the effective rate of treatment group was 95.9%, which was signiifcantly higher than that of the drug group, and the treatment effect of the treatment group was signiifcantly improved, the difference was statistically signiifcant(P<0.05). Before treatment, two groups of TNF- alpha, IL-8 level and the expression rate of TLR2, the lfuorescence intensity was no signiifcant difference(P>0.05).After treatment, the treatment group compared with the drug group TNF- alpha, IL-8 level, the expression rate of TLR2 and improve the lfuorescence intensity of the effect was good, with signiifcant difference(P<0.05).ConclusionXiaoyao Powder Combined with dot matrix laser treatment of acne, improve the symptoms of patients with good therapeutic effect, worthy of clinical application.关键词
