Abstract
Objective:To analyze the rational use of upper respiratory infection in community health service center.Methods:57 patients with inflammation of the amygdale were selected.The antibiotics,antiviral drugs,hormones and the combination of three drugs were analyzed.Results:54 antibiotic prescriptions were administered in 57 patients,and the application rate of antibiotics was 94.74% .Prescription contains antiviral drugs in 36 cases(63.16% ),and contains 24 copies of the hormone(42.11% ).22 antibiotic and hormone combination prescription(38.60%);combination of antibiotics and viral drugs in 32 prescriptions(56.14%);antibiotics,antiviral drugs and hormone 3 drugs combined with the prescription of 18 copies(31.58% ).Conclusion:There are irrational drug use in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in the social health service center,which need to be targeted on the basis of clear management,eliminate irrational drug use problems.关键词
