摘要
Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect of laparoscopic appendectomy and conventional appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis.Methods:80 cases of patients with appendicitis were divided into two groups randomly.The control group was treated with conventional appendectomy.The research group was treated with laparoscopic appendectomy.The clinical effect of the two groups was compared.Results:The operation time,blood loss,exhaust time and hospitalization time of the research group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and utilization rate of analgesic in the research group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy in the treatment of appendicitis had smaller trauma area and higher safety factor.关键词
