自动弹力线痔疮套扎术临床应用研究
Clinical application research of automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of hemorrhoids.Methods:The clinical data of 200 cases of patients with hemorrhoids treated by automatic prolapsed hemorrhoids (RPH) and procedure for prolapse and hemorrhoids (PPH) and 200 cases of patients with automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation were analyzed retrospectively.Results:The operation time,postoperative bleeding,anal stenosis,recurrence,long-time pain and average hospitalization time of the automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation were better than those of PPH+RPH method,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of automatic elastic line hemorrhoid ligation in the treatment of Ⅰ~Ⅳ degree hemorrhoids was better than that of PPH and RPH.关键词
