硫酸镁联合酚妥拉明及硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征的临床效果分析
Clinical effect analysis of magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the methods and clinical results of magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods:60 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate.The observation group was treated with magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine. The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results:The treatment effectiveness and maternal and child complications in the observation group were significantly better than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:Magnesium sulfate combined with phentolamine and nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome has significant effect,and it can significantly improve maternal comfort.关键词
