Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods:73 cases of patients with postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine treatment.The research group was treated with hemabate based on the control group.The clinical curative effect in the two groups was compared.Results:The total effective rate of the research group was 97.06%,which was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the research group in 2 h,24 h were significantly less than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Hemabate in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia had significant clinical curative effect,which could reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage.关键词
