硝普钠抢救治疗急性左心衰竭疗效分析
Curative effect analysis of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of acute left heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the curative effect of sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure.Methods:30 cases of patients with acute left heart failure were divided into two groups.The control group was given routine treatment.The observation group was treated with sodium nitroprusside based on the control group.The curative effect in the two groups was compared.Results:After treatment,the clinical indexes of the observation group were better than those of the control group (P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80.0%.The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The conventional treatment combined with sodium nitroprusside in the treatment of patients with acute left heart failure had significant clinical effect,which could improve the clinical symptoms significantly.关键词
