摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction.Methods:74 patients with acute myocardial infarction were selected.They were randomly divided into the thrombolysis group and the routine group.The thrombolysis group was treated with intravenous thrombolytic therapy.The routine group was treated with general drugs.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the thrombolysis group,the recanalization rate and clinical symptoms were significantly better than the routine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of intravenous thrombolytic therapy for acute myocardial infarction was significant.关键词
