Effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure in ICU.Methods:100 elderly patients with severe heart failure in ICU were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated by routine treatment.The observation group added irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions of the two groups.Conclusion:The effect of irbesartan hydrochlorothiazide combined with metoprolol in the treatment of elderly patients with severe heart failure in ICU was significant.关键词
