胆肠内引流术治疗肝胆管结石的临床效果
Clinical effect of biliary enterostomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the method and clinical effect of biliary enterostomy in the treatment of hepatolithiasis.Methods:60 patients with hepatolithiasis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group received conventional drainage,while the observation group was carried out biliary enterostomy.The therapeutic effects of two groups were observed.Results:The effective rate of the observation group(90.0% vs93.33% )and the complication rate(6.67%vs10.0% ) were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:The effect of biliary enterostomy in patients with hepatolithiasis is significant,safe and effective.关键词
