摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of different regimens in the treatment of hepatitis B virus infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods:80 cases of patients with hepatitis B virus infection complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups according to the treatment regimens.A group was given anti-tuberculosis and antiviral treatment.B group was given anti-tuberculosis and liver protection therapy.The liver function in the two groups were compared. Results:The improvement of liver function in A group was significantly better than that in B group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Antiviral combined with anti-tuberculosis in the treatment of hepatitis B virus infection combined with pulmonary tuberculosis had better curative effect,which could improve the liver function.关键词
