摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods:83 patients with renal calculi were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was treated with flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy.The control group was treated with percutaneous nephrolithotomy.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in success rate of clearing stone between groups(P>0.05).In the treatment group,the intraoperative blood loss was less,postoperative hospitalization was shorter and postoperative complications were lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical effect of flexible ureteroscopy lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi was significant.关键词
