泮托拉唑治疗消化性溃疡临床疗效观察
Clinical curative effect observation of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer.Methods:310 patients with peptic ulcer were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 105 cases in each.The basic medicine was amoxicillin and metronidazole.The observation group was given pantoprazole,and the control group was given omeprazole.The clinical curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 97.6%,which was significantly higher than 71.4% of the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion:The curative effect of pantoprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer is significant.关键词
