Efficacy of low dose glucocorticoid combined with slow acting antirheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the efficacy of low dose glucocorticoid combined with slow acting antirheumatic drugs in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis.Methods:74 patients with rheumatoid arthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The control group was treated with slow acting antirheumatic drugs.The combination group was treated with low dose glucocorticoid combined with slow acting antirheumatic drugs.The clinical therapeutic effect and immunological score of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the combination group and the control group was 97.3% and 86.49% respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the immune indexes of patients were improved,and the improvement effect was more significant in the combination group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of low dose glucocorticoid combined with slow acting antirheumatic drugs in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis is more prominent.It can effectively improve the patients' symptoms of joint pain,control the development of the patients' condition.关键词
