度洛西汀与帕罗西汀治疗老年抑郁症患者的效果研究
Efficacy of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in elderly patients

Abstract
Objective:To explore the efficacy of duloxetine and paroxetine in the treatment of depression in elderly patients. Methods:90 elderly patients with depression were selected.They were randomly divided into the A group and the B group.The A group was treated with duloxetine.The B group was treated with paroxetine.We compared the treatment effect of two groups. Results:There was no significant difference in total effective rate between groups(P>0.05).After treatment for 1 to 2 weeks,the HAMD sleep disorder factor and PSQI in the A group were significantly lower than those in the B group(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Duloxetine and paroxetine can get significant effect in the treatment of senile depression,duloxetine worked faster,and early subjective sleep quality improvement was superior to paroxetine.关键词
