Comparison of clinical effect and adverse reactions between two different neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens for cervical cancer

Abstract
Objective:To compare the clinical effect and adverse reactions of two different neoadjuvant chemotherapy regimens for cervical cancer.Methods:42 cases of patients with stage ⅠB2~ⅡA2 of cervical cancer were divided into two groups randomly.A group was treated with vincristine,cisplatin,bleomycin.B group was treated with cisplatin and paclitaxel.The clinical effect,tumor volume status before and after chemotherapy,adverse reaction between groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference of the total effective rate between groups (P>0.05).The mean tumor volume of two groups after treatment was significantly smaller than that before treatment (P<0.05).There was no significant difference of mean tumor volume between groups (P>0.05).There was no significant difference of the incidence of adverse reactions between groups (P>0.05).Conclusion:The two kinds of neoadjuvant chemotherapy for cervical cancer could be used in clinical treatment.关键词
