Effect analysis of painless uterine artery embolization in the interventional treatment of hysteromyoma
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of painless uterine artery embolization in the interventional treatment of hysteromyoma.Methods:74 patients with hysteromyoma were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group(painless uterine artery embolization interventional treatment) and the control group(traditional laparotomy myomectomy) with 37 cases in each.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The operation time,intraoperatve blood soss, hospitalization time and complication rate of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:Hysteromyoma painless interventional treatment can not only retain the fertility function of patients,but also can reduce complications,and it will not cause any damage to the patients.关键词
