Abstract
Objective:To explore the treatment experience of acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease in community hospital. Methods:160 patients with acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin and tinidazole.The observation group added topical treatment on the basis of the control group.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,treatment effectiveness and symptom score improvement were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of levofloxacin and tinidazole intravenous infusion combined with metronidazole,gentamicin and novocaine for pelvic injection in the treatment of acute and chronic pelvic inflammatory disease was significant.关键词
