Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of vascular embolization combined with cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage.Methods:76 cases of patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group was treated with vascular embolization.The observation group was treated with vascular embolization combined with cerebrospinal fluid replacement therapy.The clinical effect,duration of headache and neck stiffness,incidence of postoperative complications between groups were compared.Results:The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.05).The duration of headache and neck stiffness in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of hydrocephalus and cerebral vasospasm in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Vascular embolization combined with cerebrospinal fluid replacement in the treatment of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage had significant clinical effect,which could reduce the incidence of postoperative complications.关键词
