老年患者股骨颈骨折手术中腰硬联合麻醉和全身麻醉的效果观察
Observation on the effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture

Abstract
Objective:To explore the method and effect of combined spinal epidural anesthesia and general anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture.Methods:200 cases of elderly patients with femoral neck fracture undergoing surgical treatment were selected.They were randomly divided into the two groups on average.The observation group used spinal epidural anesthesia. Patients in the control group were given general anesthesia.We observed the anesthetic effect of the two groups.Results:The results of postoperative cognitive function score and pain score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of spinal epidural anesthesia in elderly patients with femoral neck fracture can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction, and it can significantly relieve postoperative pain.关键词
