Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of conventional therapy plus tanreqing in the treatment of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with traumatic brain injury.Methods:44 cases of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with traumatic brain injury were divided into two groups according to the treatment methods.The control group was given conventional therapy.The observation group was treated with tanreqing based on the control group.The clinical curative effect and alterations of temperature,calcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The temperature,calcitonin,C-reactive protein and white blood cell count in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:The conventional therapy plus tanreqing in the treatment of postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with traumatic brain injury had better clinical effect.关键词
