Clinical curative effect of massage and acupoint injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis in 120 cases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:240 patients with scapulohumeral periarthritis were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with acupoint injection.The observation group was treated by massage combined with acupoint injection.We compared the therapeutic effect of two groups.Results:After treatment, the VAS score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,four items scores of the two groups were significantly improved(P<0.05),and the joint activity improvement in the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Massage combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and improve the quality of rehabilitation.关键词
