Analysis of the clinical curative effect of sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of patients with acute cerebral infarction.Methods:90 patients with acute cerebral infarction were selected.According to the random number table method,the patients were divided into the observation group and the control group.The different medication regimens were used for treatment.The treatment effects were compared between groups.Results:The mortality rate of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group;the treatment effective rate was significantly higher than that of the control group;the neurological deficit score was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups.Conclusion:Sofren injection combined with edaravone in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction has a significant effect.关键词
