Curative effect observation of Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline(capsule) in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease

Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline(capsule) in the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.Methods:50 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease were given polyene phosphatidyl choline(capsule) treatment as the control group.50 patients were given Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline(capsule) treatment as the observation group.Results:The improvements of triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),AST,ALT in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion:In the treatment of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,Jiangzhi Huoxue decoction combined with polyene phosphatidyl choline(capsule) has a good curative effect,which can improve the symptoms of patients and improve the treatment effect.关键词
