摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of Tongxinluo capsule combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs on elderly patients with hypertension and the effect on urinary albumin excretion and clinical related symptoms.Methods:72 elderly patients with hypertension were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,the control group(conventional antihypertensive drugs) and the study group(Tongxinluo capsule combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs) with 36 cases in each.The treatment effects,the control of microalbuminuria and blood pressure were compared between groups.Results:Before treatment,the SBP and DBP and urinary albumin concentration comparison in two groups showed no significant difference(P>0.05).After treatment,the decline ranges of SBP and DBP and urinary albumin concentration of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate(91.67%) of the study group was higher than 69.44% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tongxinluo capsule combined with conventional antihypertensive drugs in the treatment of elderly patients with hypertension can effectively control the blood pressure and reduce microalbuminuria.关键词
