达英-35联合归肾丸治疗多囊卵巢综合征40例疗效分析

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the curative effect of Diane-35 combined with Guishen pill in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:40 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected.From menstruation or withdrawal bleeding third days to start,the patients were given Diane-35,1 tablet 1 day,while given the Guishen pill,1 dose 1 day,continuous administration 21 days for 1 cycle,and the withdrawal bleeding third days after drug withdrawal to start the next 1 cycle.The changes of hirsutism,acne,irregular menstruation and other clinical symptoms,reproductive hormones,uterine size,ovary size and follicles number were compared before and after treatment.Results:The hirsutism,acne,irregular menstruation symptoms after treatment were improved significantly;the blood LH,FSH levels decreased significantly;the LH/FSH returned to normal;the T decreased significantly.The ovarian volume was reduced and the number of follicles decreased significantly.Conclusion:The curative effect of Diane-35 combined with Guishen pill in the treatment of PCOS is significant.关键词
