社区妇女阴道分泌物常规检测分析
Routine detection analysis of vaginal secretions in community women

摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the vaginal cleanliness and pathogen infection in community women.Methods:1 600 cases of women were as the research object,which was given the routine examination of vaginal secretions and the examination of clue cells. Results:1 480 cases had Ⅲ~Ⅳ vaginal cleanliness.There was significant difference of vaginal cleanness among all age groups (P<0.05).466 cases were positive,and the positive rate was 31.49% .The positive rate of patients below 50 years old was significantly higher than that of the patients over the age of 50 (P<0.05).Conclusion:The routine detection of vaginal secretions could diagnose vaginitis.Candida was the main pathogen of vaginitis.关键词
