摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of obstetric hemorrhage in late pregnancy.Methods:92 cases of obstetric hemorrhage in late pregnancy were selected.All cases were examined by ultrasonography. We analyzed the causes of obstetric hemorrhage,counted the results of coincidence of maternal prenatal ultrasound examination results and postpartum,missed diagnosis rate and misdiagnosis rate.Results:Through ultrasonic test results and maternal delivery results comparison,we found that the ultrasound accuracy rate was 93.7%.Conclusion:Prenatal ultrasound examination is effective in the diagnosis of obstetric hemorrhage in late pregnancy.It can clearly determine the cause of bleeding.Although there is a certain missed diagnosis,it still has a good accuracy,and it can help physicians choose accurate and appropriate treatment plan in time.关键词
