摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the accuracy and clinical value of MRI and CT diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation.Methods:77 patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected.They were divided into the groups A and the group B.They were given to MRI and CT diagnosis respectively.The diagnostic accuracy and clinical application value were analyzed.Results:The diagnostic accuracy rate of the group A was 90% ,which was significantly higher than that in the group B of 81.8% ,and the differences between groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The diagnosis of lumbar disc herniation using MRI has obvious advantages and high diagnostic accuracy,but the diagnostic price is relatively high,with long time.CT is a more practical diagnostic method,but the diagnosis rate is not as good as MRI.Medical staff need to combine specific circumstances,make complementary application of the two diagnostic modalities,to improve the diagnostic rate.关键词
