Application of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of uterine scar pregnancy
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of using color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis and guidance of uterine scar pregnancy,and observe its clinical value.Methods:70 cases of uterine scar pregnancy were selected.They were analyzed.All patients were examined by transvaginal and abdominal color Doppler ultrasonography.Results:Using color Doppler ultrasonography for diagnosis,56 cases(80.00%) were diagnosed correctly,while 65 cases(92.86%) were diagnosed correctly by transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound.Conclusion:The clinical efficacy and the diagnostic accuracy of color Doppler ultrasound in diagnosis and guidance of uterine scar pregnancy are high.关键词
