多排螺旋CT与MR在粥样硬化斑块和颈动脉狭窄中的诊断价值分析

Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of multi-slice spiral CT and MR in atherosclerotic plaque and carotid artery stenosis.Methods:82 patients with cerebrovascular ischemic disease were selected.They were diagnosed using multi-slice spiral CT and MR.We compared the test results.Results:In the MR group,the detection rates of fibrous plaque and mixed plaque were higher than the CT group,and the detection rate of calcified plaque was lower than the CT group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT and MR had good diagnostic rate in atherosclerosis and arterial stenosis,but MR detection rate was better in atherosclerotic plaque detection.关键词
