Application of whole blood C reactive protein detection in diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the application value of whole blood C reactive protein detection in diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases.Methods:61 cases of children in ICU,57 cases of children with non severe infection and 50 cases of healthy newborns were selected,and we detected the whole blood CRP,WBC levels.Results:In the severe infection group and mild infection group,the whole blood CRP and WBC were significantly higher than those in the healthy group(P<0.05).In the severe infection group,whole blood CRP level was significantly higher than the mild infection group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in WBC level between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of neonatal infectious diseases,the whole blood CRP level can be used as an important indicator,and it had high clinical diagnostic value.关键词
