Clinical Study on the detection of serum cystatin C, β 2-microglobulin and traditional markers in different damage stage of renal function
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the value of serum cystatin C, β2-microglobulin and traditional markers in the diagnosis of renal dysfunction at different stages.Methods:80 patients with different degrees of renal impairment were selected as the observation group and 80 healthy cases with physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.The serum CysC,β 2-MG,Cr,BUN and UAc of two groups were detected and compared.Results:The Serum CysC and β 2-MG were significantly different between groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference of serum Cr,BUN and UAc between groups in early renal function damage(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the early diagnosis of renal damage,the serum CysC,β 2-MG sensitivity is better,and the value of combined detection is higher.关键词
