Abstract
Objective:To explore the influence of storage time of blood sample on blood routine and biochemistry detection. Methods:100 blood samples were selected.They were given blood routine and biochemistry detection at 1 hour,3 hours and 6 hours. We compared the test results.Results:There was no significant difference of blood routine test results between 1 hour and 3 hours(P>0.05).At 6 hours,PLT levels were significantly lower,there was significant difference with 1 hour(P<0.05).Compared with 1 hour.At 3 hours,LDH levels were significantly elevated,GLU and TBIL levels were significantly reduced(P<0.05). Compared with 1 hour,at 6 hours,AST,ALT,LDH,UA,Cr levels were significantly increased,and GLU,TBIL,BUN levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Long storage time of blood sample will affect the blood routine and biochemistry detection results.关键词
