Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of blood transfusion on biochemical indexes of patients and the effect of age.Methods:50 patients with blood transfusion were selected.According to the age of patients,they were divided into the young group and the old group with 25 cases in each.The young group and the old group were given routine blood transfusion.The alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),direct bilirubin(DBIL),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),total bilirubin(TBIL) and other indicators in 24 hours before transfusion and 24 hours after blood transfusion were compared between groups.Results:The ALT,AST,LDH,TBIL,DBIL indexes of two groups after blood transfusion were increased more than those before transfusion(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the biochemical indexes between groups after transfusion(P>0.05). Conclusion:After routine blood transfusion,the biochemical indicators of two groups were significant changed,but the effect of age on biochemical indicators is not obvious.The clinical blood transfusion can not consider the effect of age on biochemical indicators.关键词
