社区护理对老年糖尿病患者生活质量及依从性的影响分析
Effect of community nursing on quality of life and compliance of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus

Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of community nursing on quality of life and compliance of elderly patients with diabetes mellitus.Methods:110 elderly patients with diabetes were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the study group.The control group was given routine care.The study group was given community care intervention.We compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the study group,the compliance and quality of life were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Community nursing intervention can effectively improve the quality of life of elderly patients with diabetes,and improve patient compliance.关键词
